Pairing problems

"Voicebuds not found" / can't pair → See "Voicebuds not found / can't pair"

Note and chat mics missing → You're offline — they hide without a connection. See "Offline mode: what works and what doesn't"
Chat is read-only or unavailable → Reconnect to internet and reopen the app
Notes not appearing → Reconnect, then pull down to refresh with the app open
Can't sign in → Check your connection first; then use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen — the reset link arrives by email

Update won't start ("Battery Too Low") → Charge both Voicebuds, then retry
Update not completing → Put both buds in the case, close the lid, reopen, retry → See "Firmware update stuck or failed"

Earbuds not charging → Reseat firmly, clean contacts, charge with known-good cable → See "Battery and charging issues"
