A factory reset returns Voicebuds to factory defaults and clears all pairing data. Use this as a last resort for persistent issues that other troubleshooting steps haven't resolved.
Before you reset
- Both the case and buds must have enough charge to power on.
- After a reset, you will need to re-pair Voicebuds with your devices.
How to factory reset
- Place both Voicebuds in the charging case.
- Leave the case lid open.
- Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 10 seconds.
- The LED indicator will blink red 3 times to confirm the factory reset is complete.
After a reset
Re-pair your Voicebuds using the Connect your Voicebuds flow in the Subtle app, or enter pairing mode manually by holding the pairing button for 3 seconds until the LED pulses white.
