Your first year of membership is bundled with your Voicebuds hardware purchase. Returning or refunding the hardware affects that bundled membership.
How bundled membership works
When you buy Voicebuds, one year of Subtle membership is included. This membership is tied to the hardware purchase — it's not a standalone subscription you can keep independently if the hardware is returned.
What happens when you return?
If your hardware return is accepted and a refund is issued, your bundled membership access will terminate as of the effective date of the return/refund. This is consistent with Subtle's Terms of Use for bundled promotional subscriptions.
Before you return
- Export any notes or chat content you want to keep — access ends when the membership terminates.
- If you only want to cancel the membership renewal (not return the hardware), see Manage your membership instead.
