Voicebuds can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Here's exactly how the process works, what affects your refund, and when to expect your money back.
Return eligibility
- Window: Within 30 days of delivery date
- Condition: Product must be in resalable condition
- What to include: All accessories, ear tips, case, and any included materials
- RMA required: You must request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before sending anything back
How to request an RMA
- Contact support@subtle.co (or submit via subtle.co) within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, delivery date, and the reason for return.
- We'll send you an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.
Packing and shipping your return
- Use the original packaging or equally protective packaging
- Include all accessories and the RMA number in/on the box
- Prepay return shipping — we recommend a trackable service
- Keep your tracking number until the refund is confirmed
What's not refundable
- Original shipping and handling fees
- Sales taxes (where applicable by law)
- Subscription/membership fees for the current period
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2 weeks. Your bank or card issuer typically takes an additional 2–10 business days to post the credit.
Incomplete or missing RMA returns
Subtle may refuse delivery or apply a restocking fee if the return arrives without an RMA number, is missing accessories, or is in unsalable condition.
Returning within 30 days vs. warranty claim
