Every Voicebuds purchase includes one year of Subtle membership. Here's what that gets you and how it works.
What's included with membership
- Unlimited dictation — use the Subtle keyboard in any app without usage caps
- Unlimited voice notes — record and transcribe as many notes as you like
- Unlimited AI chat — full access to Subtle's AI assistant by voice or text
- One year included — starts when your membership activates (not necessarily your order date)
Activating your membership
Activation happens in the app: with your Voicebuds connected, tap Activate when prompted ("Activate your Voicebuds"). This links the membership to your Subtle account and your buds — you'll land on a Voicebuds Claimed screen when it's done.
If you see "The membership you are attempting to claim has already been claimed" — for example with secondhand buds or after a warranty replacement — email support@subtle.co with your serial number (Voicebuds settings → About), your account email, and how you got the buds.
Checking your status
Open your Profile in the app — it shows the email and membership on your account.
After the first year
Before your included year ends, we'll reach out with renewal options and pricing — you won't be charged without hearing from us first. Your Voicebuds always keep working as wireless earbuds (music, calls, noise modes) regardless of membership status.
