Voicebuds settings is your control panel for your Voicebuds — check battery levels, switch noise modes, and find the firmware and serial info you'll need for support.
How to open Voicebuds settings
From the Home feed, tap the Voicebuds icon in the top-right corner. A small dot on the icon means your Voicebuds are connected.
The top of the screen shows Connected or Voicebuds not connected. Live data — battery, serial number — needs the buds connected.
Battery levels
Left and right earbud levels appear beside the earbud illustration, shown in 10% steps. A difference between left and right is normal — it depends on how you use them.
The charging case's battery isn't shown in the app — check the case's LED instead. See LED and status indicators.
Noise modes
- Noise cancellation: Reduces outside sound — best for focus.
- Transparency Mode: Passes outside sound through so you can hear conversations and announcements.
- Off: No processing — passive isolation only, and the lowest battery use.
Tap your preferred mode on the three-way switch. Changes take effect immediately.
About section (serial and firmware)
Scroll to the About section to find:
- Firmware version — needed for troubleshooting. If an update is available, a yellow button appears to the right of the version number; see Update Voicebuds firmware.
- Serial number — needed for warranty and support requests. If it shows "–", give it a moment with the buds connected; it's read from the buds themselves.
Screenshot this screen before contacting support — it's the fastest way for us to identify your device.
Connect and disconnect
The button at the bottom of the screen connects or disconnects your Voicebuds without forgetting the pairing — useful when troubleshooting. To fully unpair, use your phone's Bluetooth settings; the app doesn't remove pairings.
Touch controls
Each earbud has a touch sensor on the metal logo panel. Tap the panel to control music and calls — the gestures are the same on both buds:
| Gesture | Action |
|---|---|
| Tap | Play / Pause music |
| Double tap | Next track · End call |
| Triple tap | Previous track |
| Long press | Noise cancellation · Answer call |
Looking for something that isn't here?
- Equalizer / sound profiles — not currently a feature of the app.
- Case battery percentage — shown by the case LED, not in the app.
- Unpairing — handled in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
